6 At-Home Exercises to Get Your Sweat On

In the midst of a busy fall schedule, it can be hard to find time to fit in a workout—but LIMITLESS is here to help. Our Lightly Caffeinated Sparkling Water cases are the perfect alternative to dumbbell weights and can help you get in a sweat sesh matter where you are.

squats/squat jumps

Hold a case of our Lightly Caffeinated Sparkling Water in your arms and stand with your feet shoulder width apart. You can either do basic squats in this position or challenge yourself with some jump squats. For jump squats, start by bending down into a basic squat with your knees bent, butt back, chest up and bodyweight rested in your heels. Then, continue by engaging your core and jumping up explosively! As you land, lower your body back down into a squat position. 10 reps of these for 2-3 sets, and you’ll feel the burn from your quads to your core!

in & out abdominal boats

For a great abdominal workout, use a case of our sparkling water to do in-and-out boats. Start by sitting on the ground with your legs bent and feet hovering 1-2 inches off the ground. While holding a case of our Lightly Caffeinated Sparkling Water, slowly extend your upper body backwards while engaging your core. Complete the movement by bringing your body back in while still squeezing your abs for maximum engagement. Do 3 sets of 20 reps and your abs will be on fire!

OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION

This exercise is perfect for a light tricep workout! Begin standing or kneeling with your feet/knees shoulder-width apart and hold a case in your arms extended overhead. Bending at your elbows, drop the case behind your head slowly. Finish your rep by pushing through your triceps as you raise your arms back up overhead. 3 sets of 15 reps should have you feeling the burn!

 

TOE TAPS

Use a case of our Lightly Caffeinated Sparkling Water for some quick cardio! While standing in place, quickly tap each foot (one at a time) onto the edge of the case of cans. 30 seconds - 1 minute of this exercise is the perfect cardio burst.

WEIGHTED BURPEES

To really get your heartrate up, try some burpees using a case of our cans. Begin standing with your legs shoulder-width apart holding the case with both hands in front of your chest. Bend your knees down to a squat position while placing the case onto the ground. While carrying your weight between the case and your feet, jump your feet back and extend your arms so you are holding a plank position. If you want an added challenge, add a push-up. Next, with your arms still carrying your weight on the case, jump your feet back to land just outside of your hands. To finish the rep, return to your original upright position. For a simplified version, feel free to step back into the plank position rather than jump. Try 15-20 of these for the ultimate cardio burnout!

If you’re feeling sore after this sweat sesh, give your muscles some relief! If you need to ease a tight muscle, our cans are perfect for rolling out any stiffness. But be careful not to put all of your bodyweight on the can, as it may cause the can to burst bold flavor all over yourself and your mat.
